What is the lead time for retail orders?

We aim to dispatch orders within 21 working days.

What is the lead time for private customer framing?

This will depend on the piece of art or item(s) to be framed. Please visit our offices with your items and we will be happy to assist you. We can give you a lead time at the consultation stage.

Do you have pictures in stock that can be delivered immediately?

Our factory operates on a 'made to order' basis. However, on occasion, we do have some picture items in stock. If you require something urgently, please contact our team and we will assist you.
Please note: Some of our standard size mirror products have immediate availability.

Do you have a minimum order value?

We accept all orders, large and small.
For pallet delivery to England, Scotland and Wales we have a minimum order value of £800. Any orders you wish to submit under this value will have a £100 delivery charge.
